Exhibitor Application Process for Bump, Babe, Beyond Expo

  1. Application Submission

    • Deadline: Applications must be submitted by June 30th.

    • Complete the Exhibitor Application Form by clicking the link below. Provide detailed information about your business, including:

      • Business name and contact information

      • Description of products/services offered

  2. Application Review

    • All applications will be reviewed by the Expo team to ensure alignment with our mission to connect families with local businesses and services.

    • Selection criteria include:

      • Relevance to families, parents, and caregivers

      • Uniqueness and quality of offerings

      • Alignment with the Expo’s values of creating community

      • Variety and balance with existing Exhibitors

  3. Notification of Acceptance

    • Selected Exhibitors will be notified via email by within 1-3 business days after application has been submitted.

    • If accepted, you’ll receive an email and an Invoice with payment information.

  4. Confirmation and Payment

    • To secure your spot, submit payment of the Exhibitor Fee as set by the Invoice. Payment details will be included in the acceptance email.
